September 1, 2024 – Quinn McCabe LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Eric A. Thorsen as a partner of the Firm.
Mr. Thorsen has been an integral part of the Firm since joining in 2019. Mr. Thorsen achieves successful results for the Firm’s clients. He demonstrates leadership among his colleagues and a strong commitment to the Firm’s clients. We are proud and excited to have him as a partner.
Mr. Thorsen represents real estate developers, property owners, architects, engineers, and contractors in litigation matters and transactional matters relating to access to property for construction-related purposes. His litigation practice includes the representation of clients in a variety of matters, including breach of contract and negligence claims, delay and construction defect claims and professional liability and other insurance claims.
Mr. Thorsen obtained his law degree, cum laude, from New York Law School in 2014. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey and before the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
